"Decent shed, but the cleanup really bothered me"
The shed itself turned out okay, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole thing was a disaster. But what stuck with me was the mess they left behind. There were nails, scraps, and trash scattered around, and I ended up having to clean it up myself. To me, that kind of cleanup is part of finishing the job, so it was frustrating

"Order didn’t quite match what I chose"
I got my shed order, and a few parts weren’t what I selected online. The size and color were off, which was frustrating since I double-checked everything before paying. Support just told me to wait, so that was annoying, though I guess these things can happen. I’m just hoping it gets sorted out soon.

"Delivery was late, and something felt off"
My delivery showed up later than expected, which was annoying. I get that delays happen, but something about the whole experience felt a bit off, like there wasn’t much communication or clarity on what was going on.

I asked a few different times what needed to be done at the site before installation, but the answers I got were vague. Maybe I was expecting too much, but it really felt like I was supposed to figure everything out on my own. Then some important stuff was brought up at the last minute, which was really annoying. I feel like clearer guidance upfront would have made the whole process a lot smoother, right?

I had an issue with my shed and tried to go through the warranty process, and it was frustrating. I kept getting bounced around, the replies were slow, and I never really felt like anyone was actually helping. It just seemed like they were hoping I’d give up. After spending that much money, I expected a lot better

"The shed seems decent so far..."
The shed seems decent so far, I guess. It looks fine and I don’t really have any major complaints about the actual product, but the whole scheduling part made the experience a lot more annoying than it needed to be.
I had to rearrange my day around the delivery window, then got a call saying it had to be changed. Then it happened again, which made it feel like no one was totally sure what was going on or when it was actually supposed to show up.

The people I spoke with were nice enough, so I’ll give them that, but I’m not sure that makes up for the hassle. Maybe I’d consider them again if they got the scheduling sorted out, but as it stands, I’d probably look elsewhere first

"Installer was not professional at all"
I had a bad experience with the installer. He showed up with an attitude and made it seem like my questions were just annoying him. Every answer was short, and I felt like I was bothering him just by trying to understand what was going on.
The shed itself may turn out fine, but the way the installation was handled really left a bad taste. I expected basic respect and better communication. I would not use them again if this is how they treat customers.

"I wish I had been more careful before..."
I wish I had been more careful before spending the money on this. For the price, I expected something a lot sturdier, but the shed feels cheap and flimsy once you’re actually dealing with it. I’d recommend looking closely at other options before buying so you don’t end up feeling like you overpaid like I did.

"Shed quality was actually disappointing"
I bought a shed from 888tuffshed.com and, the quality was actually not what I expected. Some of the panels felt thinner than they should, the door didn’t line up quite right, and after only a short time using it, I noticed a few screws were already loose.
For what I paid, I really thought it would feel sturdier. It looks okay from a distance, but up close it actually feels cheap. I kind of wish I had taken more time to compare other options before buying this one.

I was hoping the permitting help would make things easier, but it really didn’t. I kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to, replies took a while, and in the end I still had to piece most of it together myself. Just felt like… I don’t know, not much help when I actually needed it.

I thought I knew what I was paying at first, but the price kept changing once I got closer to checkout. The extra fees weren’t really clear upfront, which was frustrating. "The sales guy seemed friendly enough at..."
The sales guy seemed friendly enough at the start, but the call went downhill fast once I told him I wanted to think it over. I had already spent time waiting to get clear answers, so it was frustrating when the conversation started feeling more like pressure than help.

He kept talking over me and seemed irritated when I asked basic stuff about pricing and how long installation would take. It felt like he just wanted me to put down a deposit instead of actually helping me figure out what shed made sense.

By the time I hung up, I felt rushed, annoyed, and kind of disrespected. The sheds might be fine, but between the waiting and the pushy sales approach, I don’t feel great about ordering from 888 Tuff Shed
